PAMPHLETS

I hired senior move managers recently to help my mother adjust to the move that we recently made. Previously, our family lived in Alabama, but after working at my company for fifteen years, I finally got promoted and re-assigned to the beautiful state of California. Anyways, the senior move managers were supposed to our new residence come in person, speak with my mother, and show her different pamphlets with information on what kinds of opportunities there are for her in our new location. Well, it has been exactly one day since the senior move managers were supposed to come to our home, but I guess that they had better things to do. These people sure are setting a great example for their agency. If my mother found their services to be helpful, then she would most likely recommend them to any of her friends that plan on relocating in the near future. Ultimately, this gets more business for the senior move managers. This goes to show just how important customer relations are. My company’s “The customer is always right” attitude is what has kept us going for nearly thirty years now. New companies often forget that their customers always come first.
