I’m really tired of wearing glasses, but I’m torn about what to do.  I guess I could go to contacts, but they look like just as much of a pain in the rear as glasses, if not more.  There seem to be hundreds of places that do <a href="http://www.lasikeyesurgeryinc.com/sitemap.html">Lasik in Colorado</a>, some of which are relatively close to me, but surgery is a little scary to me.  It’s not just the cost, which starts at about five hundred bucks per eye, which concerns me – I want to know how I can tell a good place from a bad place.  With so many places doing it, they can’t all be the best and I’m not so sure that I want to put my future vision in the hands of a doctor who isn’t the best.  I’ve been visiting a lot of websites, most of which have a section for patient testimonials, but how do I know if I can really trust them or not – I don’t think they would put a negative review from one of their patients up on the website for fear that it would hurt the business.  Maybe if I personally knew someone that had it done I’d be more likely to believe how the center they visited was, but until I get a good personal recommendation I might just end up keeping the glasses.
