I just saw the best music show in my life.  These guys should be playing concerts in arena across the whole country.  Why has no one heard of Best Home Alarm yet?  All right, it’s pretty cool because the name really makes no sense.  I mean does Best Home Alarm scream punk rock to you?  I didn’t think so.  From what I’ve heard, they got the name Best Home Alarm from the fact that everyone in the band used to work in the home security industry.  They sold alarms or worked in the office where they sold them at.  Actually, they might all still work there since I don’t think they’re playing in the band full-time yet, but they should.  Anyway, the lead singer goes back and forth between just thrashing out his voice and hitting a lot of more fluid melodies.  The band keeps up with him all the way, going beyond punk rock by throwing in some metal and even hints of alternative music.  The drummer was especially important.  He just never got tired and set the whole tempo.  Obviously, they made me in to a big fan and that was playing in a small, cramped bar.  I’d love to see how they do in a big amphitheater with thousands of people screaming their name.  “Best Home Alarm!” “Best Home Alarm!”
